"I recently had the pleasure of night skiing at Sun Ski, and it was truly an awesome experience. The skiing sessions ran from 6 to 10 pm on a Saturday evening, providing a unique and thrilling atmosphere under the night sky. One notable aspect was the manageable crowd, which enhanced the overall enjoyment of the experience. Despite not opting for the training sessions, I appreciated that they were available for those interested, even if at an additional cost. This flexibility..."

"if you want good snowboarding lessons ask for ethan & earl. my family never touched a snowboard before, but after our lessons we were doing heel and toe side turns. we progressed very quickly, becoming comfortable riding a ski lift, attempting side hits, and learning park tricks. thanks for a fun and informative experience!"

"Nice little mountain. Obviously much smaller than the big ski resorts but well run, well groomed, and much less busy. I went on a day when schools were out, the regulars were saying it was much busier than normal and yet lift wait lines were still barely anything. They have lots of optional terrain features even on the easy trails to make up for the fewer trail options and keep it interesting for multiple runs. Spent a full 8 hours,..."

"This mountain is an excellent place to take my little one to learn to ski. The facilities are clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. My son has taken two lessons, and both instructors were memorable to him. Plus, it’s conveniently located and not too far from home."

"First time skier!! It was very easy to book with their online system, I had some questions and they answered them over the phone without wait. Fred was an amazing instructor!! He spent an hour and a half with me 1:1 teaching me and guiding me through three different beginner level slopes and then I was on my own for the rest of the day. I felt safe and confident after his lessons. Would definitely recommend this place to other..."

"I had the privilege of learning from Kam, Aiden, Christina, and Jeremy Varini. I highly recommend going on a Monday and learning to snowboard from one of them! The team that day is great, and the bunny hill is pretty quiet—sometimes you have it to yourself! It’s a great hill for beginners! I minored in coaching, and they are all wonderful and positive professionals to learn from. Super positive, patient, clear, and calm! Just awesome, fun people to learn from."

"Had a great time learning to ski! My instructor, Jayden, was incredibly motivating, patient, and helpful, which made the experience so much less intimidating. The staff was also very accommodating and welcoming, I had missed the 12:00 class, and they still worked me in without any issue. Overall such a positive experience. Can’t wait to come back next year!"

"A local mountain with good trail options...for CT! We recently took our 2 children to go skiing at Ski Sundown. We purchased two junior night passes, which cost $40 each for kids 14 and younger (6-10 PM). This mountain was 1 hour and 15 minutes away from our house, but it was well worth it. They absolutely loved this mountain in comparison to the other two mountains in Connecticut. Both lifts were operational, and all trails were open. They liked..."
